Is it possible to access the hotel by car without encountering ZTL restrictions?

The hotel is conveniently located just outside the ZTL area, allowing you to drive to the hotel without entering any restricted zones. Will parking be an issue during my visit in mid-July? I plan to leave my car at the hotel.
