A large balcony accessed from one bedroom and the living room offers views of the sunset and the dome of Santa Maria del Fiore. The unit is on the 4th floor with elevator access, and guests note it is more spacious than photos suggest.

Additional facilities include a restaurant, an elevator, and features for disabled guests like accessible access.
