The agriturismo offers a point of sale where guests can buy organic products, from seasonal fruits and vegetables to preserves, pasta, and wine. A shared kitchen and a picnic area are available for guests who want to prepare meals using farm produce. Meeting and banquet facilities, along with free parking and a terrace, provide spaces for gatherings and relaxation.

The property has 14 rooms, each with a private bathroom and heating. Family rooms are available, and the entire building is non-smoking. Guests have access to a shared lounge and TV area, as well as a garden with a terrace.

LaSelva is located in Albinia, in the Maremma region of southern Tuscany, near the Uccellina Natural Park. The area is characterized by clay-rich soils and a Mediterranean climate, with proximity to the Tyrrhenian coast. The agriturismo sits on over 800 hectares of organic farmland, including vineyards, olive groves, and orchards.

Guests can purchase organic tomatoes, sauces, pestos, and other preserves from the on-site point of sale, all produced from farm-grown ingredients. The LaSelva Winery produces 220,000 bottles per year, and every Wednesday a guided tour from the vineyards to the tasting room is offered. Wines like Prima Causa and Morellino di Scansano are matured in French Allier oak barriques and are available for tasting.

The farm hosts 200 Chianina cattle and 155 Appenninica sheep, whose manure is used as natural fertilizer for the crops. Over 7,000 trees have been planted on the property, and approximately 50 bee swarms are maintained for pollination. More than 200 nesting boxes support local bird species, and flower strips are sown annually to feed pollinators.
