The apartment is on Via dei Calzaiuoli, 300 metres from the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore. Palazzo Vecchio is a 12-minute walk away, and Santa Maria Novella is 700 metres from the property. The central street provides direct access to Florence's historical attractions, including the Uffizi Gallery and Ponte Vecchio within 10 minutes.

The apartment offers one-bedroom and two-bedroom layouts, each with a kitchenette and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. Soundproofing and air conditioning are provided in all rooms, with streaming services available on the bedroom TV. A work desk and heating are included, and family rooms offer space for up to four guests.

The host, Alessandro, provides self check-in and check-out, and is available to assist with questions. Luggage storage is offered in a secure common area, allowing guests to explore the city before check-in. The air conditioning system can be adjusted remotely by the host upon request.

The apartment is on the fourth floor of a historic building, accessed by a narrow staircase with 67 steps. CCTV cameras monitor common areas and the exterior, and key access is required for entry. Soundproof rooms and non-smoking policies ensure a quiet environment despite the busy pedestrian street.

Family rooms are available, and reviews note that the two-bedroom apartment works well for families.
