All units at Villa Barberino include original features such as wood-beamed ceilings and antique furniture. Apartments also feature a kitchen or kitchenette, and air conditioning is available in some units. Accommodation is provided in a number of historic buildings, forming a large country estate on the former grounds of Barberino Castle.

Il Tributo restaurant is set in the old dining halls of the castle, and serves traditional Tuscan cuisine. During summer meals are also served outdoors. The hotel also offers breakfast in the room, a coffee house on site, and a selection of wine/champagne with special diet menus available.
