The farmhouse offers five self-catering luxury apartments, traditionally renovated in classic Tuscan farmhouse style decor. Each apartment has its own patio area with outdoor furniture for dining or relaxation.

The five apartments are Girasole (65 m2), Ortensia (60 m2), Papavero (47 m2), Giaggiolo (45 m2), and Gerani (102 m2), with layouts from ground floor to two-floor maisonettes. Gerani sleeps 6 persons with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a separate kitchen. Giaggiolo and Papavero accommodate 2 adults each, while Girasole and Ortensia can host 2+1 persons.

The farmhouse has a swimming pool on the grounds where farm animals once roamed, with sun loungers, umbrellas, and a shallow end. A play area with a swing, gravel bowling court, volleyball, table tennis, and badminton equipment are available. The property also provides BBQ facilities, a garden, sun terrace, and free parking.

One small-sized domestic pet per apartment is allowed, with pet basket and bowls provided. A baby kit (cot, high chair, bathtub, carpet, sheets, towels) is available for children up to 4 years old at €10 per day. A shared washing machine is accessible for €5 per use, and final cleaning has an extra supplement.

Filettro is off the road from Volterra to Pisa, down a winding lane flanked by cypress trees.
